We are not liable for shipping carrier errors or delivery to the wrong address due to a user entry mistake. Please inspect deliveries promptly to ensure accuracy and condition. Report any shipping issues to Racing Green Customer Service within 5 days of receipt.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and select third-party payment systems. No additional processing fees apply. To help ensure security, we validate billing addresses for credit card purchases.
You represent that you have authorization to use the payment method associated with your order. By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges incurred for the products at time of shipment.
Pricing and Promotions
Published prices do not include taxes or certain delivery fees which will be added at checkout where applicable. Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, most Racing Green products are eligible for returns and refunds subject to the following guidelines:
- Return timeframe – Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange. We are unable to process returns more than 30 days past delivery date.
- Return method – Items must be returned unused with original tags/packaging. Follow the return instructions provided with your confirmation email or contact Customer Service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund timing – Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 72 hours. We aim to process returns promptly but cannot guarantee a timeframe.
- Final sale items – Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review carefully as these sales are final.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, please contact Customer Service right away to start a return. In some cases, we may require photo evidence of damage or defects.
Note that altered, worn, washed, or damaged garments cannot be returned or exchanged – take care when trying on clothes prior to washing/wearing. Undergarments also cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

If registering for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. Do not share your login credentials with third parties. Immediately notify Racing Green of any unauthorized account access or breach of security.
Racing Green is not liable for damages or losses resulting from unauthorized account activity. While we aim for full website security, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
